Audit Senior

We have completed a number of recruitment projects for this Big 4 professional services firm where the focus is on finding recently qualified Chartered Accountants (CA, ACCA, CPA) who will look to leverage their existing Audit experience whilst establishing themselves within a new international market.

The ideal candidate will be able to take personal accountability for their work, have a passion for excellence and understand the value of building relationships with clients.

Our approach has been to develop a recruitment plan that would focus on attracting candidates through advertising and promotion across our network who have the relevant industry experience and an ability to relocate to this geographical location.

Once we had this we set about finalising a shortlist of candidates who were ideal for the role, motivated to join our client and would accept if offered the job. This assignment took 4 weeks to complete and resulted in a client with the resources to move into the new busy season and a candidate who will be developing sought after international experience and further developing their professional network.
