Finance Manager

We have recently completed a recruitment project for this multinational FMCG group in the Middle East where the focus was on finding a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager within the Integrated Food or FMCG sectors.

Our approach has been to develop a recruitment plan that would focus on attracting candidates from target markets with relevant consumer goods industry experience through targeted advertising and a direct approach. The candidates needed to possess a strong technical background along with the ability to create improved operational efficiency.

Working within this framework we delivered a shortlist of relevant candidates that were motivated to work for this organisation in the Middle East. This assignment took 6 weeks to complete and is fairly typical of the great work our Finance & Accounting specialists do for clients around the world.
