Internal Audit / Compliance Manager
Our client, a major Caribbean hotel & resort operation asked that we help source an Internal Audit & Compliance manager for their corporate office. They were looking for someone with an internationally recognised accounting qualification, experience within their business sector and the flexibility to relocate to the Bahamas. Crucial to the role was that the candidate had exceptional interpersonal skills and was able to build strong working relationships with the senior management team. This involved an extensive world-wide search for a suitable candidate whom we found to be living in London with the UK ACA qualification.
