Senior Audit Manager

We have completed a number of recruitment projects for this Big 4 professional services firm where the focus is on finding qualified & experienced Chartered Accountants who will make this international move whilst also taking personal accountability for their work, have a passion for excellence, remain driven to achieve their full potential and understand the value of building relationships with clients.

Our approach has been to develop a recruitment plan that would focus on attracting candidates from target companies with relevant industry experience and an ability to relocate to this geographical location.

Once we had this we set about building a long list of relevant candidates that were interviewed and finalised a shortlist who were ideal for the role, motivated to join our client and would accept if offered the job. This assignment took 4 weeks to complete and is fairly typical of the great work our Audit specialists do for clients around the world.
